The Sovereign

There is a Latin term in Law, Resipsa Laquitur , which means the thing speaks for itself.  If one is truly living as a Sovereign, it will speak for itself. Unfortunately, in America our land the vast majority are Sovereigns who have yet to realize and actualize their potential. The term Sovereigns is defined in Websters Dictionary as ” having supreme Rank, Power and Authority, being Above all Others.. rightful STATUS of independence and Prerogative.  In Black Law Dictionary, Sixth Edition Sovereign is defined as ” a person, body, or state in which independent and Supreme authority is vested; a chief ruler with supreme Power; a King or other ruler in a MOnarchy. The constitution was adopted and made by people in their capacity as Sovereigns. The United States, by way of the Constitution, adopted the common Laws of England. ( Common Law VENUE )

JURISDICTION

I Request that this Court please prove that it had Jurisdiction over the subject matter to have conducted the proceedings that have taken place here on ________________.  The U.S. Constitution gives TWO JURISDICTIONS to conduct a Criminal matter under (1.) COMMON Law Jurisdiction and (2.) ADMIRALTY/MARITIME JURISDICTION and the Rules of Criminal Procedure differ between the two, so which of these two JURISDICTIONS were these Proceedings of Case # ___________ Conducted Under?

Per the 5th and 6th AMENDMENTS to the U.S. Constitution, in which you have sworn to uphold in your Oath of Office, it is your Duty to inform me of this information and it is also a Guaranteed Right of mine to be informed of this information, which means your must inform me of this information and nothing is to be Considered.

If this Court ( or State Penal System ) is unable to provide one of these two JURISDICTIONS in which it was operating under, it would thereby null and void, due to this Courts/State Penal System failure to prove its Jurisdiction over the subject matter Case #__________ and this same language is recited in O.C.G.A$ 17-9-4

As well as in many U.S. SUPREME COURT DECISIONS because providing your JURISDICTION over the subject matter is fundamental part of Law.  If you do not have it or are unable to prove that you had it this Courts/State Penal System is without Authority to issue any types of ORDERS or Decisions against me _________________ on _________________.

There are no published Rules of Criminal Procedure for Statutory JURISDICTION because there is no such thing. It is another way of saying ADMIRALTY JURISDICTION.  The SUPREME COURTS DECISION in the Eric RailRoad Case made the Decision that from then on Decisions would be based on Commercial Law or Business Law and that It would Have Criminal Penalties Associated with it and Since instructed not to Call it ADMIRALTY JURISDICTION, they now call it STATUTORY JURISDICTION.  So with you Admitting on the Record this Courts Operation in a ADMIRALTY JURISDICTION, I NOW REQUEST that you direct the Prosecutor to Produce the Contract signed Knowingly, Willingly, and Intentionally by me ____________________ binding me to this JURISDICTION and if Unable to do so then this Decision made here on ________________ Case # _____________ be considered null and void and the ACCUSATIONS dismissed Immediately.  If you fail to do so I will be Appealing this Issue and you will be Open to a Federal Tort Claim being brought against you for Failing to do your Duty.
